The Rotoflo series of petrol-drive gear pumps

The Rotoflo series of petrol-drive mobile pump units are transportable molasses gear pumps available in two sizes: 

• 50mm (2")

• 80mm (3")

Mobility is the key attraction with these pump units, along with instant molasses transfer with the turn of a key.

The fully galvanised base with fork cutouts allows the pump to be shifted to the various locations where molasses pumping is required, or simply bolted down in one location to use without the need for a machine to power the pump. 

A simple turn of the key gets the Kohler engine humming, and the flow rates are impressive.

The 50mm (2") pump unit shifts 100 litres of molasses a minute, while the larger 80mm (3") option pumps molasses at 200 litres a minute. This makes for very quick and easy handling of a thick fluid that is typically slow and messy to move.
