Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The Ballard Industrial Referral Program is being offered as a six-month trial commencing 27 July 2026.
Under this program, a $200 gift voucher will be provided as a thank you where a genuine referral results in a completed sale of a Ballard Industrial Rotoflo molasses pump unit or molasses pump and handling system.
A referral is considered eligible where:
The referred customer is a new contact for Ballard Industrial and is not an existing customer or an active sales enquiry already known to us.
The referral information provided is accurate and allows us to contact the customer.
The referred customer proceeds with a purchase and the sale is completed.
Gift vouchers are not issued simply for submitting a referral. The voucher will only be provided once the referred customer has completed their purchase and any applicable payment requirements have been met.
Where more than one person refers the same customer, Ballard Industrial reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the referral received first and the circumstances of the introduction.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to availability. If a selected voucher option is unavailable, Ballard Industrial may offer an alternative option of equivalent value.
The Referral Program is a trial initiative and Ballard Industrial reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the program at any time. Any changes will not affect eligible referrals already submitted prior to the change.
By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have permission to provide the customer's contact details and understands that Ballard Industrial may contact the referred customer regarding their enquiry.
Ballard Industrial reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the requirements of this program.
